About the Wood Used in Flightcases
- Triton Blue flightcases are made with high-quality plywood. The top layer of the wood incorporates a special resin called PROBUCKLER, designed in a “honeycomb” pattern that provides an anti-slip surface, increased durability, and easier cleaning. The exterior is coated with an acrylic latex that enhances water resistance, significantly extending the flightcase’s lifespan when used outdoors or during long tours for which they are designed.
